How this deck works

Suits are jobs-to-be-done. Cards are the raw, unsorted tasks and fears underneath them. Sort, sequence, and seal.

  1. Suits are jobs-to-be-done — the categories a task or fear might actually belong to.
  2. Cards are the raw material — unsorted tasks and fears. One flips face-up at a time from the stock pile.
  3. Sort each card by clicking the suit column it belongs to — or click Undecided if you're genuinely not sure yet.
  4. Sequence within a suit — reorder its cards into something you'd actually execute in that order.
  5. Seal a suit once it's correctly bucketed and sequenced — sealing unlocks a spot to add context and run it.
